  • No. A La Carte operates as a dry hire, in accordance with New York State liquor law. You purchase the booze, we tell you exactly what to buy and how much. Custom shopping list included with every booking.

  • We supply the coolers, you supply the ice. We'll tell you precisely how much you need based on guest count, event length, and the menu.

  • Sparkling water, tonic, sodas, ginger beer, cranberry, pineapple, and fresh lime juice. Anything beyond that, we'll consult on together.

  • Yes. Every booking includes our full bar kit: high-end disposable glassware, jiggers, shakers, strainers, fresh garnishes, napkins, straws, and a styled bar setup. You provide the booze and ice. We bring everything else.

  • None. We love an intimate dinner for eight as much as a hundred-person rooftop. Pricing scales with headcount and bar complexity.

  • We arrive early to set up, run service through your event, and are packed up and out within an hour of your designated end time. Quiet in, quiet out.

  • Every inquiry starts with a complimentary call. Once booked, we’ll schedule a follow-up to lock in the menu, logistics, and any custom touches.

  • Yes. Signature cocktails, seasonal menus, and bespoke pairings are part of what we do. Send us your vibe, theme, or favorite spirit and we'll design around it.

  • Yes. We service Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Hamptons, the North Fork, and the Hudson Valley. Travel fees apply outside the five boroughs and are quoted upfront.

  • We're built for outdoor service. For events without a covered bar area, we recommend a tent or backup plan. We'll flag any weather concerns in the lead-up to help you plan accordingly.

  • Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance. COI available on request and we're happy to add your venue as additionally insured.

  • Gratuity is not included in the quoted rate. It's at your discretion and always appreciated by the team.

  • A signed agreement and 50% deposit secure your date. Balance is due within a week of the event. We accept all major credit cards and ACH.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date within twelve months, subject to availability.
