Alacarte Mobile Craft Cocktail Bar ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through alacarte.bar and how we use it.

Information we collect. We collect information you give us directly when you contact us, request a quote, or book a service. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and event details (date, location, headcount, preferences). When you visit our site, we automatically collect basic technical information through Squarespace and analytics tools, such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed.

How we use it. To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, plan and deliver booked events, send service-related communications, and improve our website. We do not sell your information.

Sharing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, including Squarespace (website hosting), our payment processor, and email or scheduling tools. These providers are bound by their own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and analytics. Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@alacarte.bar.

Updates. We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Alacarte Mobile Craft Cocktail Bar.

Services. Alacarte provides mobile craft cocktail bartending services for private and corporate events in New York and surrounding regions. Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in your individual booking agreement.

Dry hire. In accordance with New York State liquor law, Alacarte operates as a dry hire service. We do not purchase, supply, or sell alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol used at their event. We provide a recommended shopping list with every booking.

Booking and payment. A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers.

Cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date within twelve months of the original event, subject to availability. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event date may be subject to additional fees.

Insurance. Alacarte carries general liability and liquor liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and we can add your venue as additionally insured where required.

Client responsibilities. Clients are responsible for purchasing alcohol, providing ice, and ensuring site access at the agreed setup time. Clients confirm that all guests served will be of legal drinking age (21 or older).

Photography. Alacarte may photograph our bar setup, drinks, and general event atmosphere for portfolio and marketing use. We will not feature identifiable images of guests without permission. If you prefer no photography at your event, notify us in advance.

Liability. Alacarte is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from guest intoxication or behavior outside our reasonable control. Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.
