Bar management and beverage programming on Miami Beach, Art Basel, 2025
Five bars, fifty-thousand guests, seven non stop days of art and delicious libations. Alacarte created the cocktail program and covered all aspects of bar management for Miami Beach’s Art SCOPE fair.
“Better Together Bar”, a speakeasy-inspired functional art installation by Chris Darsow was a surreal and delicious stop along the SCOPE experience on Miami Beach. Professional bartenders staffed by Alacarte, serving our signature cocktails made Darsow’s work of art function like a high-end cocktail bar, while appearing to be a dive bar materialized on the shores of Miami Beach.
Over 4000 works of art from 250+ galleries were featured at SCOPE Miami, as Alacarte’s bar management and cocktail curation kept drinks flowing and guests quenched!
